ZUMA Press is proud to announce representation of British photojournalist THOMAS MORLEY, who has been represented by Camera Press, Sipa Press and Exile Images in the past. Morley works extensively with NGOs, including CARE, Medical Support in Romania and BESO (British Executive Services Overseas). He is also a regular contributor the U.K. dailies Mail on Sunday and London's Times.
Morley is currently making his second attempt to pursue a story in Iraq. Last month, he and his driver were ambushed and hijacked at the Iraqi boarder while en route to Kirkuk. Unfortunately, all of Morley's gear--including his satellite phone--was stolen. He has since returned to the U.K. to regroup, and he expects to be filing stories from Iraq within weeks.
Following Iraq, the Red Cross has assigned Morley to cover the rising concern over the hundreds of thousands of Sudanese refugees that are fleeing to Chad to escape the fighting in Darfur, Sudan.
Morley is available for editorial assignments through ZUMA Press. For more information, please contact Trish Murphy at 949.481.3747.
Below are two of Morley's feature stories that ZUMA represents.
