Trial For Double Murder In Kiel
- 19 December 2025, Schleswig-Holstein, Kiel: The accused (r) sits next to his defense lawyer Andreas Meyer (M) and covers his face with a piece of cardboard. The 53-year-old defendant is said to have ambushed his ex-girlfriend and her partner in the dark outside their home on November 16, 2024 and stabbed the couple several times with a knife. The woman died on the spot, the partner initially survived seriously injured and was able to testify to the police, but died on March 13, 2025 as a result of his injuries.

December 18, 2025: GREG BIFFLE, his wife CRISTINA and children were killed in a plane crash in North Carolina on Thursday, Rep. Richard Hudson, R-N.C., said in a post on social media. Biffle and his family members were on board a Cessna C550 making its way to the Bahamas via Sarasota, Florida, when it crashed at Statesville Regional Airport.
