June 10, 2005 - San Clemente, CA - The stars shone bright at the 2005 MTV Movie Awards this week. Among the big winners were Ben Stiller, Dustin Hoffman, Rachel McAdams, Jon Heder, Lindsay Lohan, Leonardo DiCaprio, Daryl Hannah, Uma Thurman and child actress Dakota Fanning.

Tom Kumpf The Publishers Marketing Association awarded ZUMA photojournalist and author Tom Quinn Kumpf the 21st Benjamin Franklin Award for Best Travel Essay for his compelling work, Ireland: Standing Stones to Stormont. The essay, published in a book of the same title, connects the Irish people to the Irish landscape through the ancient sites, legends, myths, and tales, present and past.

ZUMA Press proudly represents images from Standing Stones and Kumpf's previous books including Children of Belfast, a documentary about the lives of children caught in the thirty-year struggle for peace in Northern Ireland.

When the Arizona Diamondbacks picked JUSTIN UPTON of Great Bridge High School in Chesapeake, Va. as its #1 draft pick, he and his brother made history as the highest drafted siblings in the MLB. His older older brother, B.J. Upton, was Tampa Bay Devils' #2 pick in 2002.
